Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
